Designing for the site, not just the brief.

On a sloping block, building height isn’t as simple as measuring from one point.

Council requirements, maximum building heights and the relationship to natural ground level all need to be considered early in the design process, particularly on more complex sites like this one.

That means understanding the land, the planning constraints and how the design will sit within them before things progress too far.
