Irrigation Sales / Customer Service
About the role
This hands-on role combines customer service, sales support, stock control, and warehouse duties. You'll assist customers in the showroom, identify their needs, and recommend suitable irrigation and agricultural solutions.
Key responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
Assist customers with product selection and technical solutions
Process sales and maintain showroom presentation
Receive, move, and manage stock
Assist with inventory control and general warehouse duties
About you
Friendly, reliable, and customer focused
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience or understanding of irrigation, agriculture, farming, or rural industries
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of pumps and irrigation systems (desirable)
Forklift licence (desirable)
Previous retail, trade, or rural merchandise experience (desirable)
Comfortable safely lifting and moving products such as pumps, troughs, irrigation pipe, and related equipment
Desirable:

Physical Requirements: This role involves regular manual handling and stock movement. Applicants should be comfortable safely lifting and moving products such as pumps, troughs, irrigation pipe, and related equipment.
