One of our aged care conversions complete converting a separate toilet in a laundry to a shower room. Aged care funding works a little different to other agencies ( Its capped ) which means quite often the clients have to co contribute as they have on this one agreeing to complete the painting privately as well as the laundry modifications themselves.
