Full surface preparation was completed on this newly built farm shed in Cattai, ready for heavy industrial farm equipment use.
The concrete floor was mechanically diamond ground across the full surface, with an industrial vacuum recovery unit used throughout the process to control dust and keep the site clean.
For this project, the client needed the best Dulux protective coating system available - something fast curing, hard wearing, and suitable for a quick return to service.
The system used was:
1 coat of Dulux Luxafloor Express Primer
2 coats of Dulux Luxafloor FCF in N35 Light Grey

The result is a tough, high-gloss protective finish in N35 Light Grey, designed to handle demanding farm shed conditions, machinery movement, and ongoing industrial use.
A great outcome for a brand-new shed that now has the floor protection to match the work it will be doing.

This concrete driveway surface was transformed through a thorough preparation process, including high-pressure cleaning and acid etching, before applying Dulux Avista Sealer in Monument. To improve underfoot safety, we also broadcast a slip-reducing additive using a hopper gun, helping to provide additional grip without compromising the finish.
