Our extensive alts and adds in Balgowlah focused on adaptive re-use rather than major additions. By opening up the shared spaces of the upper level and utilising the existing masonry structure, plus some strategic repurposing of rooms, it feels like a brand new home without the expense of starting again 🙌🏻

Our alts and adds project overlooking Freshwater beach. Epic views, but that morning easterly sun can be overwhelming. Now controlled by an operable louvre awning and external screen. The stonework and fireplace complete the light-filled living area 🌞

Our latest duplex for .developments.nsw is well underway in Fairlight. The steeply sloping presented some design challenges but the end result is two generous, luxury homes with a commanding yet harmonious street presence. Looking forward to sharing progress updates 🙌🏻

A comprehensive renovation is about to start at our Thornleigh project. Nestled in a beautiful valley with no visible roads you’d be forgiven for thinking you’re in the bush somewhere 🙌🏻 the existing footprint is being retained, with a new first floor added and a bridge link to the street-level carport 🙏🏻
