Another substantial alts and adds project including a new first floor, has been approved by Council for a wonderful family’s home with beautiful ocean views.

The brief was for a modern coastal style, a large master suite, home office with a view and seamless integration with the existing pool and landscaping, which we provided design and approvals for under CDC a few years ago.

Now under construction with Resi Constructions and making good progress 🙌🏻

Formal and private to the street, yet incredibly spacious and open to the secluded rear pool and entertaining area. Cannot wait to share more progress on this one 🙌🏻
