About the Company
Solvation designs, supplies and installs quality solar energy systems. That’s what we have done since 2007. We are a small company with low overheads and high standards based in Fremantle, Western Australia. We use only the highest quality equipment which meets our standards. We strive to deliver best practice installations including providing a high level of customer service and quality of workmanship. We take pride in our work and do the job right the first time.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and self directed individual, who can deliver high performing administrative support and is a maestro with MYOB. Further, this role manages the scheduling of high volume jobs, and the successful individual will be a confident operator, highly organised and able to respond to reactive and planned situations.

If you’re looking for a flexible work schedule, of up to 3 to 4 days per week, this could be your dream job! There is also the opportunity to work from home once established in the role. This position offers flexibility and in return, we require someone who can flex up to meet the demands of the business if required .

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the below experience and skills:

1. End to end accounts payable/receivable processing utilising MYOB, including payment to suppliers and bank reconciliation
2. Fortnightly administration of employee payroll and payment of superannuation guarantee
3. Maintain finance related documentation to support the Managing Director in the preparation and submission of BAS, Income Activity Statement and Subcontractor Payment Reports
4. Project manage the scheduling and follow up of solar Installation enquiries, ensuring the service of all jobs
5. Liaise with a broad group of stakeholders in the scheduling and coordination of jobs including installers, clients, builders, suppliers and other stakeholders.
6. Maintain project/job documentation, ensuring accurate and compliant maintenance of files.
7. Establish and maintain relevant job folders in Google Drive, ensuring key personnel have access.
8. Provide exceptional customer enquiry support and service to a broad group of customers.
9. Familiarity using Google Drive and Google Calendar

Your Team
You would be working for a well established renewable energy company and liaising with WA’s highest profile building companies, managing the needs of multiple stakeholders and multi-tasking in the passage of project completion.
