This customer accidentally collided with their custom garage door, causing damage to the bottom section and knocking the door out of its tracks.

Our first priority was to safely restore the door to full operation. Once everything was running smoothly again, we replaced the damaged aluminium bottom rail and rubber weather seal.

As this was a custom door, the replacement aluminium bottom rail was specially sourced and professionally powder coated to perfectly match the existing door before installation.

The finished result speaks for itself—an almost invisible repair, with the door operating smoothly and looking as though the damage never happened.
