Another successful project completed.

This high-end luxury St Kilda home, designed by Elevli Plus, required demolishing an existing single-storey victorian style home, minus the facade and adding two storeys and a roof terrace using the highest quality materials and finishes. Each space flows effortlessly into the next, and an open graciousness is felt through moments of pause. This project embodies understated luxury and showcases what can be created for a client's final and forever home.

New project announcement 📣

We are excited to announce that we were the successful bidder on the new ICOM Primary Building Extension and Link Bridge Project. The new project is a two-storey, 2700 m2 free-standing building with a new bridge link to an existing primary building.

Designed by Melbourne, the building consists of 18 new classrooms, staffrooms, male & female amenities, and multi-purpose open learning areas. Internally the design encompasses a great layout with high-end materials to enhance the student learning experience. The exterior architectural design is modern and bold, presenting a strong statement as the building will sit on the junction of the two main roads into the school. New landscaping, paving and outdoor seating areas will connect seamlessly with the existing buildings.

The project will commence over the coming weeks. Watch this space for progress.

We look forward to working with PMDL and ICOM again on this great project.

We have successfully completed another project 🥳

St Mary’s Primary School at St Kilda East for Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools (MACS) in collaboration with .

The scope of works included the refurbishment of an existing two storey building, accommodating student learning areas and administration. In addition, minor works to an existing BER building. The external works included new civil works, paved areas, stairs, and ramps.

Thank you to the whole team including our subcontractors, Hayball and of course, our client MACS for trusting us to complete this project.
