All done and dusted
New decking and all balustrades done on the front deck
Rear deck with ramp,stairs and balustrades done with a fully insulated self supporting Coolite roof. Decking is 137mm Modwood no nail system and a 25year product warranty. With basic maintenance required, no need to oil every 6 to 12 months just a wash down

New stairs with concrete pad.
All decking installed If you’re curious it is 138 mm wide modwood with all fixings hidden so no nails or screws to worry about popping or rusting. Joist protection to keep joists dry. With a nice easy transition from kitchen to deck
