Huge project alert!
In conjunction with Sol Daw Carpentry and Building we put a whole new outlook on this Falcon beachside property. Full extension to the front of the house as well as upgrades to existing structure through the existing house. Removed all old masonry tiles, installed engineered tiedown system, straightened roof frame, replaced all eaves boards, installed new batons, anticon thermal blanket and Colorbond Dover White fascias, gutters, downpipes, sheets and flashings in Coastal Ultra grade steel. Full makeover for this Bullcreek Bristile roof! In conjunction with Sol Daw Carpentry we gave this a complete rebirth. Stripping the filthy old tiles, straightening out the frame, adding engineered tiedown system, anticon insulation blanket and Colorbond sheets, flashings and gutters! Even it was a little out of our post code the result makes it all worthwhile!

Another stunning transformation carried out by us in conjunction with Sol Daw Carpentry! We discovered the top half of the front wall was almost falling over! Quick work by the carpenters bracing, then removing the top half of the wall and rebuilding the gable out of timber saved the day! A lot of work bracing and straightening the frame, installing tiedown system before we layed anticon insulation blanket and sheeted out in Cottage Green! All new eave sheeting and then new fascias, gutters and downpipes in Windspray. Amazing result!

Another week, another re-roof!
Tile to Colorbond conversion. Engineered tie down system and roof framing by Sol Daw Carpentry. New anticon insulation blanket and Colorbond roof sheets in Cottage Green and patio resheeted with custom flashing in Pale Eucalypt. Looks a million bucks! Well past its used by date this old 1930s house in South Yunderup was due for an upgrade. Now with additional timber framing by Sol Daw Carpentry, tiedowns and all new Colorbond ‘Dune’ ,by Bluescope Steel, gutters, sheets, valleys and flashings it will last another lifetime!
