Our team worked closely with the client to create a cohesive interior design that complements the architecture, selecting materials, colours, fixtures and finishes that reflect a timeless coastal aesthetic while ensuring each space is both beautiful and highly functional.

By integrating the architecture and interior design from the outset, we're able to create homes that feel complete—where every element works together seamlessly.

North Entrance Apartments - Built in 2009 and wrapped by beach, reserve and water on three sides, this collection of six luxury apartments was designed to sit in conversation with its coastal setting rather than compete with it.

The linear, skeletal-style structure draws inspiration from the surrounding Norfolk pines, with solid supporting forms framing broad, setback panels of glass. Timber paneling, stone highlights and a light material palette evoke the beach itself, while expansive living spaces spill out onto generous balconies and terraced courtyards, every one angled to capture the view.

Underground parking keeps the streetscape uncluttered, putting pedestrians and living spaces first.

Sixteen years on, the apartments still deliver on that original vision: floor-to-ceiling glass, ocean views stretching from Norah Head Lighthouse to Blue Bay, and an effortless connection between indoor and outdoor coastal living.
