Walk through most display homes, and you're looking at the top-spec version. Stone finishes, upgrades throughout. It's beautiful, and it's easy to picture as your own. 🏡

That list is where the real comparison happens. It's the difference between quality fixtures and bare-minimum allowances, between what's genuinely covered and what turns into a cost later. When a quote is vague on inclusions, that's usually where the surprises hide.

Our standard inclusions range from structural essentials to interior finishes, set out in detail so you know what you're getting from the start. From there, you can adjust materials and finishes to suit your taste and budget.

Financing a build works differently from buying an existing home, and that catches a lot of first-time builders off guard. 🏗️

With a construction loan, you don't draw the full amount at once. Funds are released in stages as the build progresses, and you usually only pay interest on what's been drawn so far. Most lenders will also want a fixed-price building contract and approved plans before they'll sign off.

None of that has to be daunting. We don't provide finance ourselves, but our team can walk you through how it works and point you toward lenders who understand construction loans, so the money side lines up with your build timeline from the start.
