Have you seen the new amenities at Sutherland Leisure Centre yet? 👀

A complete transformation of the male, female & accessible bathrooms, showers and changerooms - stripped right back and fully refurbished.

Quik Flow completed the plumbing works for Sullivan’s Constructions as part of the Sutherland Leisure Centre upgrades for Sutherland Shire Council. 🔧

Great to be a part of another local project and see this one come together! 🙌

Nobody loves hearing “we need to dig up your yard” 😂 But this is why you don’t need to panic.

Tree roots had found their way into a broken earthenware sewer in Woronora Heights. Old pipe out, new PVC in, backfilled and tidied up.

Like we were never there 👌

Ever wondered why flooding suddenly starts happening when it never used to? 🤔🌧️

In this case, recent concreting on the neighbouring property changed the natural water runoff (what used to soak into grass now runs straight off hard surfaces), sending excess water downhill into our client’s property.

The result? Pooling water and flooding concerns every time it rained.

To fix it, we installed strip drains to intercept the runoff and redirect it into the stormwater system — a neat, practical and cost-effective solution for the client without overcomplicating things.

And a big thank you to Jan for the lovely review 🙌 We really appreciate the support for our small local business.

A CCTV inspection quickly explained why this client had water pooling around the house — the stormwater line was completely blocked, forcing water out through gaps in the old terracotta and back toward the home.

Inside the pipe? This 👀🌳
Seb pulled out a huge root mass choking the line… and yes, I’m still recovering from watching him drag it across my new rope 😂

Terracotta pipes shift over time and roots only need the smallest opening.
New 225mm pipe installed and everything’s flowing again.
