Ever wondered why flooding suddenly starts happening when it never used to? 🤔🌧️
In this case, recent concreting on the neighbouring property changed the natural water runoff (what used to soak into grass now runs straight off hard surfaces), sending excess water downhill into our client’s property.
The result? Pooling water and flooding concerns every time it rained.
To fix it, we installed strip drains to intercept the runoff and redirect it into the stormwater system — a neat, practical and cost-effective solution for the client without overcomplicating things.
