Is your home holding onto moisture it shouldn’t be? 💧

Condensation on the windows. A musty smell in the storage room. Damp patches that keep coming back, no matter how many times you repaint.

Modern, airtight homes are excellent for energy efficiency — but they can also trap excess humidity indoors.

And in humid climates, ventilation alone isn’t always enough. Sometimes, bringing in more outside air can actually introduce more moisture into your home.

That’s where dedicated dehumidification comes in.

At Zenith Ventilation, we design, supply and install tailored residential dehumidification systems for homes, basements and high-performance builds.

From ducted and wall-mounted systems to through-wall solutions and fully integrated ventilation, every system is designed around your home, your climate and the actual source of the moisture problem.

✅ Stable indoor humidity
✅ Healthier indoor air
✅ Better year-round comfort
✅ Long-term protection for your home

Just intelligent humidity control that works when it’s needed — and switches off when it’s not.

🏡 Project Completed 2026 | Harris Park, NSW

We’re proud to have delivered a complete Science Laboratory Ventilation Upgrade for Maronite College of the Holy Family in Harris Park, NSW.

The project replaced an outdated extraction-only system with a modern Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) solution, featuring three VEHUM ComX EC Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) systems. The new system provides balanced mechanical ventilation, supplying fresh, filtered, and tempered air to science classrooms while safely extracting contaminants from adjacent chemical preparation rooms.

From concept through to commissioning, our team delivered the complete mechanical ventilation package, including:
✔️ System design and equipment selection
✔️ Custom galvanised steel ductwork
✔️ Installation, balancing, and commissioning
✔️ A tailored solution designed around the existing building and operational requirements

The result:
✅ Improved indoor air quality for students and staff
✅ Continuous supply of filtered, tempered fresh air
✅ Reduced heating and cooling energy consumption through heat recovery
✅ More effective ventilation throughout the science laboratories
✅ A quieter, more efficient, and sustainable ventilation system

Projects like this demonstrate how engineered ventilation solutions can enhance occupant wellbeing, improve energy efficiency, and create safer educational environments.

🏡 Project Completed 2025 | Beecroft Residence, NSW

We're proud to showcase the successful installation of a HiDEW RER100 Whole Home Climate Control System for this stunning custom residence in Beecroft, NSW, built by Alpha Build.

The HiDEW RER100 is an advanced all-in-one solution that combines:

✅ Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV)
✅ Active Dehumidification
✅ Hydronic Heating
✅ Hydronic Cooling
✅ Intelligent Indoor Climate Control

Unlike conventional ventilation systems, the HiDEW RER100 continuously delivers fresh, filtered air while controlling temperature and humidity throughout the home—providing year-round comfort and exceptional energy efficiency.

For this project, the unit was ceiling-mounted within the dedicated plant room, while insulated EPP ductwork and semi-rigid ducts were carefully integrated throughout the home's three levels. By concealing the ductwork within the concrete slabs and installing flush air valves into the off-form concrete ceilings, the system maintains the home's clean architectural aesthetic without compromising performance.

The result?

✔️ Continuous fresh, filtered air
✔️ Balanced ventilation across all three levels
✔️ Comfortable heating and cooling all year round
✔️ Controlled humidity to help prevent condensation and mould
✔️ Outstanding energy efficiency through heat recovery
✔️ Quiet operation with a completely concealed installation

At Zenith Ventilation, we design and install premium ventilation and whole-home climate control systems that seamlessly integrate with modern architectural homes—delivering healthier, more comfortable living environments without compromising aesthetics.

09/07/2026

Your Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) system works continuously to provide fresh, filtered air while removing stale, humid air from your home or building. Like any mechanical system, regular maintenance is essential to keep it operating efficiently and reliably.

Routine servicing helps maintain optimal airflow, improves indoor air quality, and ensures the system continues to recover heat effectively. Over time, filters can become clogged with dust and debris, ventilation ducts may accumulate contaminants, and internal components can experience normal wear. Without regular maintenance, these issues can reduce system performance, increase energy consumption, and shorten the lifespan of your HRV unit.

Professional HRV servicing typically includes:

✅Cleaning or replacing air filters.
✅Inspecting and cleaning heat exchangers.
✅Checking fans, motors, and electrical components.
✅Testing airflow rates and system balance.
✅Inspecting ductwork, vents, and condensate drains.
✅Identifying any signs of wear or potential faults before they become costly repairs.

Regular maintenance not only helps protect your investment but also ensures your home or workplace continues to benefit from cleaner air, balanced humidity levels, and improved energy efficiency throughout the year.

At Zenith Ventilation, our experienced technicians provide comprehensive HRV maintenance and servicing to keep your system performing at its best. Whether it's routine servicing, filter replacement, or system diagnostics, we're committed to helping you enjoy a healthier, more comfortable indoor environment for years to come.

💡 What if you could keep the warmth in your home instead of letting it escape?

Traditional ventilation systems remove stale indoor air—but they also allow valuable heat to be lost. With Zenith Ventilation's Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) systems, you can enjoy fresh, clean air while recovering the heat that would otherwise be wasted.

Our advanced systems continuously extract stale, humid air from bathrooms, laundries, kitchens, and other wet areas. Before that air is exhausted outdoors, it passes through a high-efficiency heat exchanger, where its warmth is transferred to the incoming fresh air. The two air streams remain completely separate, ensuring a constant supply of fresh, filtered air without compromising indoor comfort.

Whether you're building a new home or upgrading an existing one, Zenith Ventilation offers smart ventilation solutions that deliver year-round comfort and improved indoor air quality.

Why choose Zenith Ventilation's Heat Recovery Systems?
✅ Recover up to 96% of heat that would otherwise be lost
✅ Enjoy a continuous flow of fresh, filtered air
✅ Reduce moisture, condensation, and mould growth
✅ Improve indoor air quality and overall comfort
✅ Lower heating costs with greater energy efficiency
✅ Ideal for both new builds and renovation projects
✅ Quiet, reliable, and designed for long-term performance

🏡 Create a healthier, more comfortable home while making the most of every bit of energy.

Choose Zenith Ventilation for intelligent heat recovery solutions that work all year round.

💨 Stop throwing energy out the roof. Start recovering it.

This side-by-side comparison shows the difference between a traditional bathroom exhaust fan and a high-performance Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) system.

🚿 Exhaust Fan:
Removes warm, moist air… and dumps it outside
Creates negative pressure, pulling in cold, unfiltered air
Runs intermittently → inconsistent air quality
Leads to heat loss, drafts, and higher energy bills

♻️ HRV System:
Continuously extracts stale, moist air
Recovers up to 93% of heat and transfers it to incoming fresh air
Supplies filtered, pre-warmed air throughout the home
Balanced ventilation = no drafts, no energy waste

👉 The result? Better air quality, lower energy consumption, and a more comfortable home — 24/7.
