Acquiring an open license for data and networking in 2005, Russell ventured into household and fixed wiring. In 2008, driven by a desire to repair beyond the digital realm, Russell upskilled to become a Qualified Electrician, advancing further to become an Electrical Contrac

tor in 2009. This marked a shift from the computer market to specialising in electrical maintenance and repairs. With a commitment to continuous improvement, we expanded our services to include split system air conditioner installations, catering to the rental market's maintenance needs. This allowed us to provide comprehensive solutions in electrical, telecommunications, and air conditioning. In 2012, Russ-Tech Solutions became an Authorized Service Agent for Fisher & Paykel, initiating a new era in appliance repairs. Subsequently, we gained Authorized Service Agencies for several prominent brands, solidifying our position as a trusted service provider.
