It’s always a hard one to answer because the cost of a home depends on so many factors, even down to the quality of the soil you’re building on. Then there’s the design, fixtures, finishes, cabinetry, site conditions, and more.

For us, handover isn’t the end of the journey. We’ll be back again at the 12-month mark to carry out a full maintenance check and make sure our quality workmanship has stood the test of time
