💙 August is Tradies Mental Health Month 💙

This month is a reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health.

In the construction and trade industries, it's easy to focus on the job and put ourselves last, but looking after your wellbeing matters.

Take the time to check in with your mates, have a conversation, and remember that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Let's work together to break the stigma and support one another, both on and off the job site. 💙
