We chose the Mitsubishi Electric brand for the function of being able to distribute the airflow left & right simultaneously, where most other brands only distribute airflow in one direction.

This unit was mounted on brackets as it’s tucked underneath a deck on a steep hill. The client requested the drain be tapped into the downpipe to prevent any more water from running underneath the house.

The V in HVAC = Ventilation 

Our client was experiencing mould growth behind their leather lounge due to water pooling underneath the house, combined with very little airflow to allow the area to dry out💧💨

We installed an inline extraction fan with branching exhaust ducts, designed to draw damp air from the affected areas at the rear of the property where the water was pooling 💦 

The result? Better airflow, improved ventilation and a much drier environment 🙌
