When the garden tap is beyond repair, time for an upgrade. 🤔
When you get a dripping tap and leave it dripping until it doesn't stop. ⛔️
That's too late, you should always get it serviced asap to avoid having to pay extra because it's now made the tap unserviceable due to lack of maintenance.
It could have just been a simple re-seat but unfortunately the whole tap and housing required changing.

Not just plumbing 🤣😜
My customer had a gate that was bricked up with a couple of pavers to stop the dog getting out so I decided to get the new brackets that were sitting on the gas meter box and fitted the new brackets to stop her beautiful dog from getting out. Didn't have much jobs on that day and it only added an extra 15 mins to the job.

Another Laundry renovation step by step.

Always best to get a licenced plumber to do your work. ✅️

This particular job only had a 40mm pipe to the laundry. ⛔️

All licenced plumbers know it should be 50mm

Its not worth risking unlicensed work to save a few dollars. ❌️

You always pay more in the end 🤔🧐

Getting pipes ready for new kitchen.

This post is for clients to understand why it's best altering pipes before the new kitchen gets done.

Always best to check for any damage to existing pipework if doing any type of renovation.

Best alter at this stage before the new cabinets go in, rather than risking trying to fix once the new kitchen or bathroom cabinets are installed.
