Leading Demo Hand
Labourer

🔨 Leading Hand Role

This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll be responsible for coordinating a small crew while actively working on-site. Some projects will require you to operate independently on smaller jobs.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has experience with jackhammers and demolition tools
Is proactive, reliable, and takes initiative
Has strong communication and people skills
Is looking for a step up or a change of pace

What we offer:
⭐ $38 – $42 per hour + super (with strong potential for growth)
⭐ Performance-based bonuses (efficiency & bringing in work)
⭐ A positive, supportive work environment
⭐ Real career progression as the company grows

🔧 Labourer Role

Perfect for someone entering the workforce or looking for a career change. You’ll work both independently and within a team across a variety of demolition projects.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Can work independently or as part of a team
Maintains a respectful and proactive attitude

What we offer:
⭐ $30 – $35 per hour + super (starting rate)
⭐ Performance-based bonuses
