Exciting times ahead for Michael, who has now officially signed contracts for his new home in the beautiful Darling Downs. 🌳

At SSC, every home we build is custom designed, but after walking through one of our previous clients’ homes, Michael loved every aspect of 'The Maddi'. With just a few personalised touches, he knew it was the perfect design for his own build.

We’re looking forward to getting the wheels turning, Mick - we’ll be on site in the not too distant future!

A big thank you to Jezza, Kirsty and little Maddi for welcoming us in and allowing Michael to walk through your completed home. 🙌

It was great to see the bricklayers get started last week, with Northam putting on some sensational winter weather for building. ☀️
We’re looking forward to seeing the brickwork completed in the near future, with our valued roof carpenters scheduled to follow soon after. 🌾

Another Slab Down Milestone! 🎉
This time it's a massive congratulations to Danielle and Rob!
This Warnbro build is going to be an absolute beauty. Our designers have done an amazing job fitting this 450m² home, plus a cabana, onto this block, and Simon and the team can't wait to see it all come together. 👏
Next steps: pool installation, drains, slab clean, and brick load, which will soon be followed by our valued brickie team getting the walls up. 🚧🧱
As always, a massive shout-out to our loyal trades and suppliers who make it all happen on site. 🙌

Getting these canal front homes out of the ground certainly takes time, effort and careful planning, making milestones like this all the more rewarding.
