We’re looking for someone special to join The Ember as we prepare to welcome our first guests.

This is a permanent part-time Guest Experience Assistant role for someone who is warm, intuitive, reliable and genuinely cares about the details.

At The Ember, the guest experience is shaped by the little things — how a room feels when someone arrives, the finishing touches, the welcome, the presentation and the sense that everything has been thoughtfully considered.

The role will include guest support, room checks, arrival touches, light operational tasks and working alongside our Operations Manager to help create a seamless and memorable stay for every guest.

Hospitality experience is welcome, but we’re just as interested in someone with initiative, excellent presentation, a natural eye for detail and a genuine desire to look after people well.

The position is permanent part-time and will include some weekend work, with additional relief hours available from time to time. Availability during the week following Christmas is essential.
