Project Highlight | Regional QLD Power Station

Our Brisbane team recently completed a walkway access and guardrail system at a regional QLD Power Station boiler roof.

The system provides safe and practical access for workers needing to access the louvres on the boiler room roof, while providing fall protection around the work area.

By improving access and protection around the louvres, the client now has a safer and more secure solution for ongoing maintenance activities, helping reduce the risks associated with working at height.

Project Highlight | Alstom Dandenong

Our Melbourne team recently completed a comprehensive roof access and fall protection upgrade for CBRE at the ALSTOM Dandenong site.

With compliance and safe roof access presenting challenges across the site, we worked with the client to develop a practical, compliant solution that improved access and fall protection across multiple buildings.

The solution was also designed to support the client’s requirement for constant attachment when working at heights, providing workers with continuous connection to the fall protection system while accessing and working across the roof areas.

The works included:
• 344m of static line systems
• 42 anchor points
• 54m of guardrail
• 36m aluminium walkway
• 3 vertical cage ladders
• 11.7m vertical line ladder with midway rest platform
• Mini ladder with landing

From design through to installation, our Melbourne team delivered a complete solution to improve safe roof access and fall protection across the site.

Project Highlight | Wastewater Tank Access Platform

At CHEP Australia, our Sydney team delivered a purpose-built access solution to provide safe, secure access to elevated wastewater chute machinery for ongoing monitoring and maintenance.

The project involved the supply and installation of a Kattsafe modular access Platform and Step Caged Ladder System, providing a stable platform and enclosed access route to the elevated machinery. A hinged cage gate with a lockable door was also incorporated to help control access and provide additional security when the system is not in use.

Project Highlight | Roof Access Stair System

A major roof access upgrade at Wodonga TAFE, for Joss Group, featuring an 11.6m modular aluminium stair tower providing compliant, safe and practical access to the second level roof areas for trades.

The stair tower is integrated into a wider roof access system, including aluminium walkway providing maintenance teams with access to service solar panels, a 40m static line system for gutter access and movement around the roof, mini ladder parapet crossovers between roof levels, and anchor points providing complete access across all roof areas.

A complete, engineered access system designed to support safe and efficient maintenance across the site.

Company Update | Strategy & Team Building Event 🙌

What an incredible two days bringing our team together!

Day 1 was all about strategy, alignment and looking ahead, with management presentations to the full team, an inspiring session from Luke Kennedy, and our first company-wide arm wrestling competition. 💪 Congratulations to Isaac Weis, who claimed the title as our 2026 Arm Wrestling Champion! 🏆

Day 2 shifted gears as the team from Be Challenged delivered an epic team building experience, where we split into groups to build our own cardboard chariots! The energy, enthusiasm and engagement from everyone made for an unforgettable day, with plenty of laughs and some very competitive racing!👏

It's always great to step away from the day-to-day, strengthen our strategy for the year ahead, and have a bit of fun together.

Project Highlight | ALSPEC Albury

We recently completed a comprehensive height safety upgrade across the new warehouse, warehouse awning and office building at ALSPEC Albury, creating safe access across all areas of the site.

The project included a large 3-stage cage ladder system, 176m of static line, 12 anchor points, 46.8m of fibre walkway and 52 skylight mesh panels, alongside a roof access hatch, internal access ladder, another cage ladder, guardrail and fall protection signage throughout the site.

A complete, practical height safety solution designed around the needs of the site and the people who use it. Another successful project delivered by our Albury team. 💪

Project Highlight | Internal Suspended Catwalk System

Safe access between elevated work areas is essential in busy manufacturing environments. Our team installed a 900mm-wide suspended platform and stair system spanning between two internal coolrooms on this site, creating a safe and practical access solution.

The project also included 48 metres of guardrail along the fall edges, providing complete fall protection for ongoing maintenance and inspection activities.
