As of April 2016 I am seeking land to farm within the Canterbury local government area. I have a pre-prepared contract that will cover your side of the bargain as well as mine. All infrastructure costs, water use etc will be covered by me. Exchange of goods, services and money in exchange for use of your land is up to negotiation. Possibilities include exchange for organic produce or a small rent. Looking forward to hearing from landowners with languishing land :)
