Duck Derby Mackay Duck Derby Mackay is a project of Port of Mackay Rotary Club an annual event to raise money for local charities with ducks racing in the Pioneer River.

Charities are Mackay Surf Life Saving Club and Give Me 5 for Kids. Naming right sponsor is Caneland Central. Other sponsors Blue River Landscape Supplies, Reef Marine,Mackay Regional Council, Media Sponsors - Sea FM, 7 Mackay and Daily Mercury. Back a $5.00 buck duck for your chance to win 1st prize $1250.00 Caneland Shopping Voucher, 2nd prize $500.00 Caneland Shopping Voucher, 3rd prize $250.00 Caneland Shopping Voucher.
