Congratulations to The Village Southlakes on its Official Opening! 🏢
Yesterday marked a significant milestone for Dubbo with the launch of our newest retail precinct, The Village Southlakes.
This state-of-the-art centre is a major asset for the Southlakes community. By bringing vital services and modern retail right to our doorstep, it will drive local employment and create a premier hub for residents.
Our team is exceptionally proud to have partnered in the construction phase of this development. We successfully delivered the high-quality commercial fitouts for two of the centre's brand-new tenancies:
Pop Pop Tea Store
The Newsagency
We encourage everyone to head down, support these new local businesses, and experience the exceptional standard of this new precinct firsthand.
Congratulations to all stakeholders and contractors involved in delivering such a significant project for the Dubbo region!

Have you ever seen a space that perfectly balances classic charm with ultimate modern functionality? We are absolutely obsessed with this recent open-plan kitchen and study transformation! 🤍🖤
Here is a breakdown of why this design works so beautifully:
Striking Contrasts: The massive central island features bold black cabinetry, creating a gorgeous focal point against the crisp white perimeter cabinets. It also offers plenty of room for seating with wood and white bar stools.
Timeless Classic Details: We can't get enough of the traditional double-bowl white farmhouse sink paired with a stunning vintage-style black mixer tap. The elegant arched cabinet profiles and contrasting black hardware—featuring a mix of classic k***s and cup pulls—tie the traditional look together perfectly.
A Showstopping Rangehood: That rustic, textured copper-toned rangehood cover adds an incredible touch of character and warmth above the crisp white subway tile splashback.
Seamless Study Integration: Working from home is a breeze with a dedicated corner study nook that flows naturally right out of the kitchen space. The beautiful marble-look benchtop extends to form a spacious, light-filled desk right beneath large windows.
Clever Storage Solutions: From the expansive deep drawers in the island to the glass-front upper display cabinets and the highly practical tambour-door appliance hutch, everything has its dedicated place!
Grounding Textures: The rich, wood-look herringbone flooring flows seamlessly through the entire open-plan layout, adding immense warmth and tying the cooking and working zones together beautifully.
This space is an absolute dream for cooking, entertaining, and getting work done! 🥂
Are you feeling inspired to finally tackle your own home upgrade? 🛠️ Whether you are dreaming of a statement island, a classic butler sink, or a clever integrated home office, it's time to bring your vision to life!

We are absolutely in love with this beautiful kitchen space! It perfectly balances classic design elements with modern functionality, creating a warm and inviting heart of the home.
Here are some of the standout features from this build:
Classic Cabinetry: Crisp white shaker-style cabinets paired with contrasting dark cup pulls and round k***s create a beautiful, timeless foundation.
Statement Splashback: The elegant herringbone subway tiles add the perfect amount of texture and visual interest across the back wall.
Vintage Details: A stunning, ornate brass mixer tap takes center stage on the island, perfectly complementing the crisp white double sink.
Chef's Setup: Equipped for serious cooking and entertaining with sleek, dual black Kleenmaid ovens and a spacious gas cooktop.
Warm Tones: Rich, dark hardwood floors and brass-accented pendant lighting bring incredible warmth and contrast to the bright white space.

🌟 Stepping Outside the Kitchen for a Great Local Cause! 🌟
We always love it when we can use our skills to support our local community. Recently, Dubbo Public School reached out to us with a fantastic idea, and we were thrilled to help bring it to life!
The Project: The PBL Feather Fill-Up Barometer
The school launched a new initiative to celebrate and promote positive behavior, recognizing students who are Safe, Respectful Learners. They needed a custom-built "barometer" to hold the Feather Tokens the students earn throughout the term.
A True Team Effort 🤝
The Build: A huge well done to Abe and our talented team here at Kitchen & Renovation Concepts for constructing the custom barometer unit.
The Design: We partnered up with the amazing Luke and Amy at Signarama Dubbo, who absolutely nailed the vibrant signage and graphics to make it look spectacular.
We are so proud to support Dubbo Public School and its students. Good luck filling it up, kids—we can't wait to see you reach your goal for that Week 10 celebration! 🪶✨

The cup handles were the last thing chosen. Everything else in this kitchen was built around them.
That's not how most kitchens come together, but it's how this one had to. Once we landed on those handles, the blue-grey shaker doors made sense. Then the dark granite bench. Then the white subway tile. Each piece answering the one before it.
It's the difference between a kitchen that gets assembled and a kitchen that gets designed. From the first sketch to the last fitting, every decision had a reason.
The black range anchors the run. The timber-look floor tiles warm up all that cool blue. The under-cabinet lighting does the quiet work at night.
If you've got a renovation on the horizon and you want a team that treats the brief seriously, come and have a chat with us. We'd love to build something like this for you.
