Before you purchase it’s good to know what is supporting your home or investment.
Some of these stumps fell apart in my hand. Bearers not being supported. Sagging floor joists. Movement in floors exceeds well above average. We find a few surprises whilst under sub floors, from defects to rubbish and even a rabbit.
