Soona Property Services are stoked to be back on the job after a long haul in isolation due to Covid 19.

After catching up with all of the lawns that needed mowing we spent 3 days in Tottenham cleaning up rubbish and debris collected in the drains over many years in this neglected part of the warehouse precinct.

Hi Everyone,

Whilst you’ve been seeing videos of our progress in the backyard in Ocean Grove, we wanted to show you what Soona Property Services achieved in the front yard!

With a similar style to the backyard we used native plants, bark and tuscan toppings on the nature strip.

The reason tuscan toppings was used on the nature strip was to eliminate the need for mowing in the front yard 👍🏽

DAY 4 Update:
📍Ocean Grove

Hard work pays off! The scoria and artificial turf is down and the backyard is taking shape!

For those new here, Soona Property Services is based in Doncaster, Melbourne, VIC. We mainly service the inner and outer east of Melbourne although we can make exceptions upon request.

It all happening on DAY 3!
📍Ocean Grove

Soona made great progress on the backyard, prepping to lay scoria down the side way and around the artificial grass area.

FACT: Scoria is a lightweight volcanic rock that is cost effective and looks great.

DAY 2 in Ocean Grove 🧤🔨

After clearing the backyard the day prior we then went ahead and finalised the layout of the backyard with our client.

Our client requested that artificial turf was included in this landscape design to utilise the large space.

After preparing the area we then infilled it with crushed rock in preparation for the artificial turf to be installed.

During the mandatory lockdown here in VIC we thought it was a great opportunity to show you a journey through a job that was completed for a client in Ocean Grove in April 2019.

The backyard was one typical of a new build full of dirt and rubble. We transformed it into a beautiful, easily maintained garden for our client.
