Possibly the biggest sticky wattle hedge we’ve ever seen… seriously!

We got stuck into a massive, wildly overgrown hedge stretching 70+ metres long, and gave it a proper reset to bring it back under control.

Cut back hard — about 2–3 metres off the height and bulk
Opened right up for better light, airflow, and long-term health
Ended up chipping roughly 8 cubic metres of material from the job
Big day, big effort, but a bloody good result

Completed in Dodges Ferry

The hedge is now looking clean, shaped up, and actually manageable again — ready to grow back the right way.

Quick block clear completed in Primrose Sands.

We removed two large gum trees, processed and removed all the debris, then ground the stumps below ground level ready for the next stage of the project.

A nice clean site with plenty of room for the new build to get underway.

The Bandit chipper, Kobelco excavator and Intermercato grapple made light work of this one. 💪

After the recent wind storms, a neighbouring tree came down, leaving this large gum suddenly exposed to the full force of the wind. With the tree now standing on its own, the surrounding neighbours were understandably concerned about the large dead branches throughout the canopy.

Our job was to safely remove the dead and dying limbs while retaining as much of the healthy canopy as possible. Wherever we can, we aim to preserve mature trees, reduce risk, and improve their long-term health rather than removing them unnecessarily.
