This is one of the most common questions we get asked on site. A forklift clips a frame, nothing looks bent or broken and it's tempting to just carry on.

The problem is you can't judge structural strength with your eyes. A small knock in the wrong spot can quietly reduce how much weight that bay was ever built to hold.

We promise we're better at racking installation than we are at filming videos.

Most warehouses we walk into are only using about 60% of what the building can actually hold.

Armin breaks down exactly where that extra space is hiding, the aisle width, the air above your top pallet and the stock sitting on the floor instead of on racking. It's not always about needing more square metres, sometimes it's about using what you've already got properly.

Another completed job for All Car Towing and it's a good one to show what a properly engineered system can do with the right space planning.
