Walking into this residence at The Marquis, the first thing I noticed wasn’t the view.
It was the volume.
You walk into the living room and the space opens up vertically — two stories of glass, natural light coming in from every direction, and that steel-and-oak staircase floating through the middle of the space.
As an architect, I always pay attention to how a home makes you feel before I start looking at the finishes.
This one feels open.
The city is right outside the windows, but the water is there too. The kitchen faces the skyline, and almost every room has a connection to the view.
There’s also something I like about the layout: it gives you options. The additional room with the large window can be a bedroom, an office, or simply a space that changes with your needs.
That’s something I think gets overlooked when people are looking for a property.
You’re not just buying the finishes you see today. You’re buying a space that has to work for your life.
2,081 SqFt.
3 bedrooms.
3 bathrooms.
Two stories.
Bay and ocean views.
Fully furnished.
$1,750,000.
But honestly, the numbers and the photos only tell part of the story.
If you’re looking for a home in Miami and you’re not sure what is actually worth buying, I’m always happy to walk through a property with you and give you my perspective — not just as a Realtor, but as an architect.
Sometimes seeing a property with the right person changes what you notice.
