The boys are currently working through the exterior cladding at our Park One build, and it’s a great example of the care and pride that goes into doing things properly from the ground up. Because great builds are made in the process, not just at the finish line. 🏡🔨

This client had heard about our expertise in restoration and renovation, and was excited to see how we could help bring their vision to life.

Inside, we crafted a space that resonates with the unique personality and eclectic style of our clients. This resulted in dynamic areas, with a combination of moody styling and refreshing natural light. Some areas, such as the internal bathroom and butler’s pantry include no natural light, which led to the innovative use of artificial lighting to create a captivating mood. The main spaces, on the other hand, are flooded with natural light thanks to efficient passive solar design.

We’re thrilled to be back in Port Sorell again, building this spectacular gabled roof home for B&C. Looking forward to seeing this one come together.

“We built our first home 23 years ago and enjoyed the process. We loved that home and raised our three daughters there. Our daughters have now grown up and left and we were excited about the idea of building again. We have always loved the Port Sorell area and have spent our holidays out here for the last 5 years. When we saw the block come on the market we jumped at it as it was the spot where we want to be.
Our vision for the house was to create something simple yet timeless that allows for lots of natural light and outdoor entertaining. We think the European barn style fits these criteria for us and we love the boldness of the twin gable design.

Firstly, we want to take a moment to thank & acknowledge the huge effort our team has put in, over the last 12 months especially. We’re a young, growing team - but we’re so excited for the future.

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Carpenter to join our growing Turner Plus team.
This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys the variety that comes with maintenance and repair work. All along the North West Coast.
You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and minor building works across residential and commercial sites, delivering high-quality results with professionalism and care.

What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent)
* Experience in maintenance, repair, or service-based carpentry
* High attention to detail and excellent workmanship
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Able to work independently and manage your own workload
* Current driver’s licence and White Card

* Proven experience in residential or commercial roofing.
* White Card (General Construction Induction).
* Working at Heights ticket.

We’re excited to share more good news… Our project, in collaboration with the team at S. Group, Sorell Street, has been named a finalist in the 2025 HIA Tasmania Awards for Renovation/Extension of the Year! 👏

This project was a true transformation — reimagining a dated and compartmentalised home into a light-filled, highly functional space for modern family living. From complex underpinning works to raising ceiling heights and opening up the floor plan, this build was a testament to the creativity, skill, and problem-solving abilities of our entire team. Most importantly, it was shaped through constant communication with the design team, our clients and the dedication of every person involved.

We are thrilled to have this project named a finalist alongside our project on Hawley Esplanade.

We are so thrilled to share that our Hawley Esplanade project has been named a finalist in the 2025 HIA Tasmania awards in the category House of the Year! 🧡

We are incredibly proud of this project, and it represents more than an accolade to our team. From the earliest conversations to the final finishing touches, this home was shaped by a genuine partnership between our client, i4 Design, and every tradesperson who brought their expertise to the site.

What began as a vision to create a personal sanctuary evolved into a build defined by care, precision, and trust. Together, we navigated the challenges and delivered a home that is as emotionally significant as it is beautifully crafted.

Being named a finalist is a proud moment for us – not just for the home itself, but for the teamwork and shared commitment that made it possible.

Thank you to everyone who played a part in bringing this special project to life. We are excited to celebrate together at the Awards Evening in October.
