Another HIA Finalist recognition for Denman Terrace. 🏆

Following its selection as a 2026 HIA Multi-Dwelling Development Finalist, Denman Terrace has also been named a Finalist for 2026 HIA Townhouse of the Year.

So, what does Townhouse of the Year recognise?

The category covers a range of attached and multi-residential housing forms, with judging considering key aspects of the project including:

▪️ Design and sustainability
▪️ Innovation
▪️ Visual appeal and marketability

Comprising seven separately titled residences, Denman Terrace was designed to create a cohesive development while giving each home its own sense of identity, privacy and liveability.

To see the project recognised across multiple HIA categories is a fantastic acknowledgement of the design, construction and collaboration behind the development.

We previously shared the exciting news that this project was selected as a Finalist in the 2026 Master Builders ACT Excellence Awards, and we’re proud to share another milestone.

The same project has now also been named a Finalist in the 2026 HIA ACT & Southern NSW Housing Awards✨

With the HIA judging inspection now successfully completed, we’re looking forward to the Final Awards Night and celebrating alongside some of the best in our industry.

It’s great to see this project recognised by both Master Builders ACT and HIA and we’re incredibly proud of the team behind it.

We’re proud to share another milestone for our Denman Terrace development, recognised as a Finalist across both the 2026 HIA Awards and 2026 Master Builders ACT Excellence Awards

Located in Denman Prospect and overlooking the reserve, this development was designed with more than just its architectural appearance in mind.

From the early planning stages, our focus was on creating homes that balance individuality, privacy and comfortable everyday living while maintaining a cohesive architectural character across the development.

Another home completed and handed over in Farrer. 🏡

This knockdown rebuild has transformed an existing site into a completely new home, designed around natural light, warm materials and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living.

The clean single-storey form is complemented by light brickwork, dark cladding and feature brick screens, adding texture and character while providing a balance of light and privacy.

Inside, expansive glazing brings natural light throughout the living and dining spaces, paired with warm timber tones and a soft, neutral palette to create a calm and welcoming home.

A great result from start to finish, and another Farrer project we’re proud to see completed.
