STEWART STREET, DEVONPORT NEARING COMPLETION!

Things are looking a little different in the heart of Devonport!

The Stewart Street streetscape upgrade is nearing completion, and it’s fantastic to see the transformation taking shape.

With fresh asphalt, new kerbing, upgraded footpaths, pedestrian crossings and landscaped areas, the finishing touches are bringing a fresh new look to the street.

A great effort from everyone involved in delivering this project, helping improve the safety, accessibility and overall appearance of Devonport’s C*D. Well done team🤟🏽

Riverbank stabilisation works complete ✅

Walters contracting is pleased to share the completion of the Meander River stabilisation works in Deloraine.

We are proud to complete works like this in the community we call home, creating a safer space and prolonging the life of the River Bank to ensure future generations can enjoy all the fun things so many of us have grown up doing on the river.

Walters contracting understands there were social media and news articles that alleged that our works didn’t take into account appropriate environmental factors. Walters contracting has followed all procedures and protocols before and during these works and the appropriate parties have reviewed our procedures and works to confirm compliance.

We want to thank our team for their efforts on this project! Great job and how good does it look! The ducks look impressed!
