Here’s one from the other day in Ferny hills.
The 20year old shadow clad had rotted behind all the cover strips and needed to be replaced, so naturally, up we got, stripped the rotten section of wall and installed new H3 treated shadow clad and new hardwood cover strips.
The home has had a face lift and is now ready to hit the market.

This is the latest branch at Tweed Heads, we started this demolition on the 14th Oct and in 6 days, between 3 men we completely gutted this place and took 10 truck loads of demo waste away.

It's been awhile since we have updated and posted on our socials and that's only for one reason.
We have been in and out and around dayboro doing everything from decks and stairs, to kitchens and bathrooms and everything between and beyond.
And that's all in and around our commercial contracts with 7/11 and ANZ at the moment.

Another one done and dusted up at Mount Mee. Ripped off old timber cladding full of rot. Repaired structural damage and framed in for a new aluminium sliding window, reinstated bracing to the frame and replaced with for longevity and a rot free future, along with some roof work to eliminate leaks and new linings to the inside of the bedroom walls.
