Due to delays on a number of upcoming projects and some movement in our construction program, BTC Constructions currently has capacity available over the coming weeks.

We have experienced trades and project resources ready to take on additional works across Darwin and the NT.

Whether it’s a commercial fit-out, refurbishment, maintenance works, carpentry package or a project that needs to get moving quickly, we’d be happy to have a conversation.

Sometimes construction programs move around, rather than have good people sitting idle, we’d rather put our team to work.

A big thank you to Territory Q Magazine for the fantastic write up on BTC Constructions and our work at Mindil Beach Casino Resort.

It’s great to see the hard work of our team, subcontractors and suppliers recognised, particularly on projects where we’re delivering major refurbishments.

BTC has come a long way since starting in 2014, and I’m extremely proud of what we’ve built. We’ve developed some great long term relationships across the Territory, and those relationships have been a huge part of our success.

Plenty more ahead for BTC Constructions.

JUNIOR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR / PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Part-Time | Flexible Hours | 6-Month Contract
Early November Start

BTC Constructions is looking for a motivated Junior Contracts Administrator / Project Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience in construction administration, project coordination or commercial construction who wants to develop their skills and gain further experience working across a range of commercial projects.

The role will include:

* Preparing purchase orders and subcontract documentation
* Assisting with subcontractor procurement
* Processing and tracking subcontractor claims and invoices
* Maintaining variation, RFI and procurement registers
* Assisting with progress claims
* Following up quotations and subcontractor documentation
* Maintaining project files and records
* Assisting Project Managers with project administration
* General project cost tracking and reporting
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and consultants

You don’t need to be a senior CA. We’re looking for someone who is organised, switched on, reliable and willing to learn.

Previous experience in construction administration would be highly regarded.

We’re offering flexible part-time hours, an early November start, an initial six-month contract and the opportunity to gain hands-on commercial construction experience with an established Darwin builder.

🚧 BREAKING GROUND | BKM WAREHOUSES 🚧

Another project officially underway for BTC Constructions.

We’ve commenced construction on the new BKM Projects warehouse development at 2 Lew Fatt Street, delivering three purpose built commercial warehouse spaces in Darwin.

With the site established and works now moving, we’re looking forward to bringing this development out of the ground and delivering more quality commercial space for the Darwin market.
