🚧 CIVIL SUPERVISOR WANTED – UP TO $65PH – DARWIN, NT 🚧

Dig Hard Excavations (DHE) is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our growing team in Darwin.
We’re seeking a hands-on supervisor who can confidently lead civil crews, coordinate works and has strong experience excavating and supervising works around live services.

WHAT'S ON OFFER:
✅ Up to $65 per hour – based on experience
✅ Full-time, ongoing local Darwin work
✅ Consistent hours & long-term projects
✅ Major civil & infrastructure projects across the NT
✅ Water, sewer, drainage & underground infrastructure works
✅ Supportive and experienced local team
✅ Career progression within a growing NT civil plumbing contractor

REQUIREMENTS:
🔹 Minimum 5 years' civil construction experience
🔹 Previous Civil Supervisor / Leading Hand experience
🔹 MUST have extensive experience excavating around LIVE SERVICES
🔹 Current HR Driver's Licence – REQUIRED
🔹 Strong knowledge of underground services, excavation & trenching
🔹 Experience supervising civil crews, operators and subcontractors
🔹 Ability to read plans, drawings and service locations
🔹 Strong understanding of SWMS, permits, pre-starts and site safety requirements
🔹 Ability to coordinate plant, labour, materials and daily works
🔹 Strong leadership and communication skills
🔹 White Card
🔹 Relevant plant tickets highly regarded

As an Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of the office, setting high standards for exceptional service and operational excellence.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a newly created position where you can make a significant impact. As the Office Manager, you’ll work closely with the business owner and team to oversee daily office operations, enhance teamwork, and optimise processes for a thriving workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the go-to contact for admin, general bookkeeping, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless alignment across tasks.
Manage job flows, deadlines, and internal processes to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, handling engagement letters, quotes, and communications to maintain excellent client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team and external consultants to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
Promote effective communication, promptly address issues, and foster a culture of collaboration within the team.

Key skills and experience:
Outstanding organisational skills with a results-driven mindset.
A passion for improving processes and a commitment to completing projects effectively.
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Suite experience.
A solid understanding of compliance in the plumbing sector is desirable but not required.

Salary: $85 -$90K (depending on experience)

Leave: 4 weeks of annual leave

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, and early finish on Fridays at 3:00 pm. Work life balance and working from home one day a week can be negotiated.
