We’re nearing the tail end of restoration works in Alice Springs, with 148 properties remaining to be connected from an initial 9,000 on Monday afternoon.

Crews will work through the night and into the weekend to connect the remaining properties.

As the number of properties left to restore is now so low, we have removed the outages map from our website. Our outages page has the latest updates (https://loom.ly/toZGYfc) and customers can still call us on 1800 245 092.

If you have received a Certificate of Compliance and have not yet told us, please give us a call as soon as possible.

Thank you everyone. We’re almost there.

Primus Build is proudly on the ground in Alice Springs, helping local residents recover from the recent severe storms and get back into their homes safely.

Our trusted team of trades has been working tirelessly over the past week, responding to urgent make-safe works, removing fallen trees, securing damaged properties and helping families get back on their feet.

👏 A massive shout-out to our incredible trades and subcontractors!

The long hours, hard work, dedication and willingness to go above and beyond have been nothing short of amazing. Early starts, late finishes and challenging conditions – you’ve all stepped up when it matters most!

We couldn’t be prouder of the team we’ve built and the commitment everyone has shown to helping the Alice Springs community.

It’s more than just getting the job done – it’s about being there when people need us most.

💚 Primus Build – Here when it matters most.
