❤️ THE HEART BEHIND THE MOB ❤️
In every successful business, there are people who get recognised for what they achieve. But then there are those working quietly behind the scenes, making those achievements possible.
Today, we want to take a moment to recognise someone who means so much to us — Rebecca Eichmann, or as we all know her, Bec. ❤️
For many people, Bec isn’t someone they see every day at The Electrical Mob. But behind the scenes, she has played an enormous part in building The Mob into what it is today.
She’s the one making sure the bills are paid, the weekly wages are done, the books balance, and the finance is organised for new vehicles and equipment. She’s the one sitting through late-night meetings with accountants, juggling the numbers, and spending sleepless nights worrying about the pressures of running a business that most people never see.
And somehow, amongst all of that, she’s raised two beautiful daughters and built and run a successful hair salon of her own.
But there’s another side of Bec that our team knows all too well. ❤️
She’s become a second mum to this crazy Mob.
She’s always checking in, worrying about everyone, making sure they’re looked after and that nobody goes without.
When the boys head away for remote work, it’s often Bec doing the grocery shopping, preparing meals and cooking food to make sure everyone is fed and taken care of while they’re away.
There’s no invoice for that. No timesheet. No extra pay. And most of the time, nobody even knows she’s done it.
And that’s exactly why we’re writing this post.
Because so much of what Bec does happens quietly, without recognition and without ever expecting anything in return.
She’s sacrificed family time, weekends, sleep and countless hours of her own life to help build these businesses and support the people who are part of them.
She’s been there through the good times, the tough times, the stressful times and everything in between.
And while others might be the faces people see out on the job, Bec is one of the people holding everything together behind the scenes.
So today, from all of us at The Electrical Mob, we want to say something that probably doesn’t get said nearly enough.

Thank you for being a mum, a business owner, the person behind the numbers, the one who worries about everyone else before herself, and somehow still finding the time to be a second mum to all of us.
Thank you for the sacrifices nobody sees, the late nights nobody knows about, and the countless little things you do that make such a big difference.
You might not wear the work boots or be out on the tools every day, but you’re every bit as important to this Mob as the people who do.
The Mob wouldn’t be what it is today without you, Bec.
And while you might do most of your work behind the scenes, we want you to know that none of it goes unnoticed.
You’re not just part of The Mob. You’re part of the heart that keeps it going. ❤️
