Got some left over verandah space that doesn’t get used?
Well here we have what we think would have to be Darwin’s biggest ensuite
A whopping 20m2 double ensuite for some great clients taking shape.
Progress to date is plumbing roughed in, topping slab poured and finished, steel frames cut and welded on site and now waiting the new windows so we can get this insulated and sheeted before the wet kicks in ⛈️

Had a client reach out to us as their sliding glass door had bowed in and shattered the sliding door……
Removed the old sliding door, fixed panel and frame and retrofitted a pressed metal frame and double JST1 doors with Secure View security doors.
Timber doors opening outwards with large swing out hinges allowing doors to open right around to the wall and hook open with just the security doors locked ✅
Clients love the finished product.

Current project is plastering a bedroom for great clients.
They sheeted the walls and ceiling with new 10mm plasterboard, ready for Team Taylor to set the joints and sand, ready for painting.
