Got a call out to a client complaining that their shower and basin in their ensuite weren't draining. Upon investigation we found that their overflow relief gully was backing up and overflowing. After putting the jetter down the ORG and getting the water to drain, we found that blockage was a result of rocks in the drain. Surprisingly, this isn't an uncommon cause of blockages. In most instances, this is from children dropping things into the drain without knowing where they are going.
We managed to clear the rocks out and run the jetter down the drain to ensure there were no blockages at the outlet of the ORG. The client was happy to be able to use their ensuite again.

On a balcony there is often not a tap installed. Small spaces need a compact and tidy solution. This 15m retractable hose reel was perfect for this space to allow the tennant to maintain a balcony garden. Give Mat a call on 0438681337 to discuss a solution.

Amazing what a difference a new toilet cam make. Roughly $600 for supply and install ( base level toilet). Price will vary on requirements and materials required. Call Mat to come have a look 0438681337
