🔨 ROOF REPLACEMENT – SHELLCOVE

Another roof brought back to a fresh, weather-resistant finish by Carney Roofing and Repairs!

This section of the existing corrugated roof had areas of rust and deterioration, so we removed the affected roofing and replaced approximately 25m² of corrugated roof sheeting.

The job included:

✅ Removal of existing damaged/rusted roof sheeting
✅ Removal of the rust-affected section
✅ Additional roof battens installed where required
✅ Approximately 25m² of new corrugated roof sheeting
✅ New flashings and fixings
✅ Installation completed to Australian Standards and manufacturer specifications
✅ All waste removed from site
✅ Work area left clean and tidy

The finished result is a clean, durable new roof section that gives this property improved protection for years to come. 👌🏠

Another quality roofing project completed by Carney Roofing and Repairs 🔨

This roof required a combination of repairs, replacement and new metal roofing to improve the overall condition and drainage of the roof system.

✅ Removed existing corrugated metal roofing
✅ Replaced the small tiled roof section with new corrugated metal roofing
✅ Installed new Klip-Lok roofing to the existing metal roof section
✅ Installed new transition flashings for a watertight finish
✅ New Colorbond barge cappings to the gable ends
✅ New roofing screws and fixings
✅ Approximately 15 linear metres of gutter guard installed
✅ Removed all leaf debris and waste from site
✅ Site left clean and tidy

This roof had multiple broken and damaged tiles, along with deteriorated battens and damaged sarking that required immediate attention to prevent further water damage.

This change of pitch flashing had reached the end of its life, allowing debris to build up and creating multiple points where water could eventually enter the roof space.
