We’ve recently completed this 4-unit townhouse development in Rivervale.

Designed for investors, each home includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a double garage—built with practicality, durability, and long-term value in mind.

One of the key challenges on this project was a sewer line running along the boundary. This required us to install piling beneath part of the structure to protect the infrastructure.

These are the types of issues that don’t always show up on plans—but can have a major impact if not managed properly.
