🩸 ROLLING UP OUR SLEEVES FOR A GOOD CAUSE! ❤️

Sometimes making a difference is as simple as rolling up your sleeve.

With blood supplies under significant pressure, some of our crew did exactly that this week, doing their bit to help where it matters.

Our values guide more than how we work at Entec. They shape how we support our team, our families and the wider community.

🤝 Our Team, One Team – Coming together to support a cause bigger than ourselves.

❤️ Protect What Matters – Looking out for the people and communities around us.

💪 1% Better Every Day – Recognising that even the smallest actions can make a meaningful difference.

We're incredibly proud of our team members who volunteered their time.

🏆 NOW, WE'RE THROWING DOWN THE CHALLENGE!

We're challenging other local businesses to get their teams together, roll up their sleeves and join us!

Whether it's two people or a whole bus full, every donation counts. Imagine the difference we could make if more businesses across our region got behind this cause.

Tag a local business below that you’d like to see take on the challenge! 💪🩸

Get your crew together, book a donation and share a photo of your team getting involved. We'd love to see other businesses take up the challenge and keep the momentum going!

A big thank you to Australian Red Cross Lifeblood for the incredible work they do and for looking after our crew!

Small actions. Big impact. That's what being One Team is all about. ❤️

Queensland might not have won the decider… but there was one Entec winner in the crowd! 🏉🏆

One of our recent Employee of the Quarter winners chose a pretty great way to enjoy their prize — State of Origin tickets and a night away in Brisbane with the family, plus annual theme park passes to keep the family fun going.

Our Employee of the Quarter recognition is about celebrating the people who make a genuine contribution to Entec with well-earned prizes that are memorable, meaningful and made to be enjoyed.

We’re proud to have a team worth celebrating! 🏆

“Dalby? Where’s Dalby?”

You’ll find us in regional South West Queensland — proudly based in the town we call home.

While we operate across Australia, our headquarters remains right here in Dalby, in the heart of the industries we support. Our Director was born and raised here — this isn’t just where we work, it’s where we’re from.

We don’t take our regional roots lightly— supporting local businesses, schools, sporting clubs, charities and regional initiatives. It is an honour to support the community that supports us.

Dalby has always defied expectations. Built on resilience, hard work and opportunity, it reflects exactly who we are as a business.

Regional at heart. National in reach.

If you’re also proud to be part of the Dalby community, we’d love to see your support below.

Happy National Tradies Day! 🔧

Today we're celebrating the tradies who help keep Australia moving.

From mechanics and fitters to electricians, boilermakers and technicians, skilled tradespeople play a vital role in the industries that power our communities and economy.

In our part of the industry, that means maintaining and repairing the engines, compressors and equipment that help keep energy flowing across the country.

To all the tradies on our team, our contractors, clients and the wider industry, thank you for your hard work, expertise and dedication.

Happy National Tradies Day.

💛 R U OK?

At Entec, we know that our people aren't always in the one place. Between the workshop, site work, travel, and varying rosters, it's not always easy to stay connected.

We often spend more time alongside our workmates than we do with our own families. That puts us in a unique position to notice when someone doesn't seem quite themselves and to simply ask the question:

"Are you OK?"

A small question can make a significant difference. It can start a conversation, encourage someone to seek support, and remind them they're not alone.

As a proud TIACS Legend Affiliate, we're committed to supporting mental health in the industries we work in. TIACS provides free, confidential counselling services designed specifically for blue-collar workers and their loved ones, making it easier to access support when it's needed most.

Together with our support of TradeMutt, we're helping create conversations that matter and breaking down the barriers to seeking help.

Today, and every day, take the time to check in with your mates.

💛 Check in. Listen. Support.

After equipping a client with the XT770 Shaft Alignment tooling — the same gear our team relies — our Engineer Tony and Director Aaron headed on-site to deliver alignment training tailored specifically to their team's needs and equipment.

We covered:
✅ Alignment Fundamentals
✅ Common Causes of Misalignment
✅ Alignment Tolerances
✅ Prepping for Alignment & Soft Foot Processes
✅ The Full Alignment Process

The goal – giving their team the skills to identify, correct, and report on equipment alignment confidently, using the right tools for the job.

Great equipment is only half the equation. Getting the right training and knowledge transfer alongside it is what actually moves the needle on reliability.
