🔵 RM Plumbing Solutions is looking for a reliable Administration Assistant to join our team, working from our home office in North Richmond.

This is a casual position, starting at 1–2 days per week during school hours, with flexibility around family commitments. There will be opportunities for extra hours aswell as the opportunity for part-time permanent placement in the coming months.

We’re looking for someone who already has administration experience and can confidently take on new challenges and problem-solve. You’ll be supporting our Office Coordinator with the day-to-day running of the office and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.


What we’re looking for:

Previous administration experience
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience with MYOB (ServiceM8 experience is a bonus)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Someone who is reliable, takes initiative and enjoys being part of a small business
