Propest Pest Control (PestCert Accredited Business), is a family owned business, formed in 1996 by Mara and Carolyn Beddoes, and later as the business expands joined by Licenced Pest Technicians. Mara has being involved in Pest Control , in Victoria since early 1983 when he became a qualified Service Technician, and later management roles for prominent Pest control companies before starting his ow

n business in 1983. Mara is a registered training personnel dedicating some of his time back to the pest control industryand teaches at TAFE for future Pest Controllers acquiring their Pest Control Licence. Mara also plays a leading role in the development and ongoing refinement of the pest management industry competency standards. These standards are the basis of training and licencing all pest control technicians in Australia. He is currently the Chairman for the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association (AEPMA). Working closely with the pest control industries equipment’s and chemical producers, refining our pest control services, our treatment methods, our equipment, and newer technology in chemicals.
