The AA2 side has hit the midpoint of the season, and this squad has been tested like never before.
From massive squad turnover and players moving back home, to a crippling injury list that has sidelined foundational players for the year, adaptability has been our theme.
Yet, this team hasn't blinked. Instead of letting circumstances dictate our season, the boys have dug in, fighting every single week to grind their way towards the finals.
There is no better proof of that spirit than today. Facing a side that has sat comfortably in the top three all season, and who handed us a heavy 5โ1 defeat earlier this year, the odds were firmly stacked against us.
With just 12 fit players available, the squad put on a masterclass in resilience to walk away with a massive 3โ2 victory.
This win isn't just three points; it's proof of what we can achieve when our backs are against the wall. There are plenty of heavy shifts ahead in the second half of the season, but today proved this group has the heart and the ability to match anyone in the league.
