I have to admit it’s been pretty fun chipping along at this beautiful semi passive home in the higher end of Clunes just breathing in fresh air and over looking Clunes and the town .Here is a sneak peak of what we have started building about a month ago we have two gable end builds house and studio built in a semi passive design we have chosen the proclimba wall wrap and proclima tapes and sill tapes . We have built the ceiling and walls with a full cavity system with a vented cavity enclosed with fire rated mesh to stop ember attack as well as small insects and vermin . Our substraight walls have been also lined with a 12mm ply board for a bit of extra warmth and structural strength . Our frames are fully built with premium grade lvl wall stud framing to create premium grade walls for a perfect internal finish . . Ladies and gentleman this is just a small tiny sneak peak . Rolled this hard scape out over the last week and a bit . A fair amount of work went into this project beleive it or not. We started out on the site cite and machines for a solid day cutting back the earth and ground heights to really make the back yard work for a nice paved area and a nice retaining wall to suit the landscape . . The project might look tiny but there’s always all the special measures of the job what take time retaining wall works to suit concrete height and fall to make it work paved area . Ag pipe drainage behind retaining wall and the required fills . Black builders plastic film for the moisture barrier . Concrete base prep works blue metal filled tracked and leveled in metal works boxing up and pour . . Thanks to .90 for the perfect screeding and finish on this slab it’s absolutely amazing and thanks for the help with the metal works boxing prep and pour . wins hands down . Couldn’t be more happy . Happy me happy clients
