James Simpson and Dimitri Siriwardena have been appointed Co-Managing Directors of Pace Development Group. Between them, they bring 18 years inside this business - across acquisitions, development delivery, financial strategy, and everything in between.

They’ve helped shape what Pace is today. Now they’ll lead where it goes next. Shane remains part of the business as an active force behind Melbourne’s built future.
