Wellness is now part of everyday life at YarraBend.

Last week, we welcomed our partners for an exclusive first look inside the new Health & Wellness Centre, celebrating the opening of a space designed to support movement, recovery, connection and everyday wellbeing.

Guests explored the gym, yoga studio, spin room, onsen, steam room and pool while experiencing a range of wellness activations that brought the spaces to life.

Construction continues to progress at The Guild.

Building A has now reached structural completion, while work continues across Buildings B, C and D. Internal fit-out has also commenced, marking another important milestone as this architecturally considered development continues to take shape.

Designed in collaboration with DKO Architecture and delivered by Ironside, The Guild reflects Glenvill Developments' commitment to thoughtful design, quality construction and creating places with enduring value.

Progress continues at Parkview Townhouses.

Construction is advancing steadily, with framing now reaching the upper levels, brickwork progressing across the second level, and window installations nearing completion throughout the northern half of the development. Internal services are also progressing, reflecting strong momentum across both structural and interior works.

Construction continues to progress at The Fields Bellfield, with strong momentum maintained across multiple stages of the development.

Stage 2 Townhouses have now reached external lock-up, marking a significant construction milestone. With external cladding complete, roofs and windows installed, and temporary doors in place, works have now transitioned indoors as plaster installation progresses ahead of kitchen joinery.

Meanwhile, Stage 3 Townhouses continue to advance, with scaffolding now being installed to support roof-mounted services and the commencement of external cladding.

Each milestone brings the Bellfield community another step closer to completion, reflecting Glenvill Developments' commitment to delivering thoughtfully designed homes and enduring neighbourhoods.
